2018 Granting Timeline
Please note: The GCCF Grant Application and Final Report forms have been revised for 2018, and the Innovation Grant Application has been revised for 2019.
Youth & Education
Applications will be received February 1 – February 28 and reviewed during March, with notifications given and funds awarded made available by April 30.
The Innovation Granting cycle will resume in 2019. Applications will be received April 1 – April 30 and reviewed during May, with notifications given and funds awarded made available by June 30.
Mandatory information meetings about the GCCF Innovation Grant will be held on Tuesday, February 12 at 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm, and on Wednesday, February 13 at 9:00. To register, contact Mary Woodiwiss, 864.223.1524, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications will be received June 1 – June 30 and reviewed during July, with notifications given and funds awarded made available by August 31.
Applications will be received October 1 – October 31 and reviewed during November, with notifications given and funds awarded made available by December 31.
Donor-Advised, Designated, and Field of Interest Grants
Grants are also made by GCCF from Donor Advised, Designated, and Field of Interest Funds, in fulfillment of donors’ specific intents. Donors may recommend grants to virtually any tax-exempt organizations serving the causes they care about most deeply— locally, and even globally. For more information, please see Donors & Funds.
This evaluation form is used by our Community Grants Review Committees and Board of Directors in assessing grant applications.
