GCCF Announces Community Enhancement Grants, August 2026
Six nonprofit organizations recently received funding to support proposals designed to serve Greenwood County residents. Greenwood County Community Foundation awarded a total of $28,500 in the 2026 Community Enhancement grant cycle.
Grant recipients are:
Arts Council of Greenwood — Black History Awareness Art Exhibit and “Connecting With the Dream” programming
Junior Achievement of Greater SC — Junior Achievement financial literacy programs in local schools
The Museum — Expanded Museum entrance door
The Optimist Shift — Afterschool mentorship program
Palmetto Girls Sing — International Choral Festival participation
Tranquility Point — Expressive Arts Therapy
