2019 Granting Timeline
Please note: GCCF Grant Application and Final Report forms have been revised for 2018 and years following. If your organization has previously applied for GCCF funding, please be sure to use the current application form.
Youth & Education
Applications will be received February 1 – February 28 and reviewed during March, with notifications given and awarded funds made available by April 30.
Applications will be received April 1 – April 30 and reviewed during May, with notifications given and awarded funds made available by June 30.
Prospective applicants must attend one mandatory information meeting about the GCCF Innovation Grant. Meetings will be held on Tuesday, February 12 at 1:30 pm, and on Wednesday, February 13 at 9:00. Registration is required, as a session may be rescheduled or cancelled based on responses. To register, contact Mary Woodiwiss, 864.223.1524, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications will be received June 1 – June 30 and reviewed during July, with notifications given and awarded funds made available by August 31.
Applications will be received October 1 – October 31 and reviewed during November, with notifications given and awarded funds made available by December 31.
Donor-Advised, Designated, and Field of Interest Grants
Grants are also made by GCCF from Donor Advised, Designated, and Field of Interest Funds, in fulfillment of donors’ specific intents. Donors may recommend grants to virtually any tax-exempt organizations serving the causes they care about most deeply— locally, and even globally. For more information, please see Donors & Funds.
This evaluation form is used by our Community Grants Review Committees and Board of Directors in assessing grant applications.
